OUR 3-STEP PROCESS

CHOOSE YOUR MOUTHGUARD & CUSTOM DESIGN IT

To start the process, depending on your sport, choose from the Lite, Pro, or Elite product range. Once you have selected from one of our custom made ranges, use our 3D Graphic customiser by selecting your colour(s) and design options you’d like for your custom mouthguard.

TAKE YOUR IMPRESSION

Each kit includes 2 attempts to take your impression.
Feel free to send us a photo of your first attempt if you are unsure if it is good enough to use. If the first attempt does not work out, we have provided enough putty for 2 attempts. You can secure a booking for a 1 on 1 video call to have one of CHAMP's customer service team walk you through the process. If neither impression works for you, we’ll be happy to send more putty until we get your impression right!

PRODUCT SHIPPED TO YOU DIRECTLY

Our dental technicians will get to work on creating your mouthguard. The process takes between 5 and 10 business days, at which point your custom mouthguard will be sent back to you, ready to wear!

Deliveries are made via Australia Post. shipping, please allow 2-4 business days.
Once you’ve received your custom mouthguard, be sure to take good care of it!
