Champ Mouthguards provides custom-made mouthguards lab services, allowing dentists to submit their patients STL files or send us physical impressions. We offer options for different multiple colours, different levels of protection, and even personalized text on the mouthguard.

2. How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our webpage by uploading STL files

3. What file formats are accepted?

We accept STL file formats for digital submissions. For other formats or specific inquiries, please contact our support team on info@champmouthguards.com

4. How do I send physical impressions?

Fill out a Champ Application form with the patient, provided to you during on-boarding. Securely package your impressions in a box and bubble wrap and mail them to the address provided during the order process on our webpage. Ensure they are well-protected to avoid damage during transit.

5. Can I choose the colour of the mouthguard?

Yes, we offer a variety of colours for you to choose from to meet your patients’ preferences.

6. What protection options are available?

We offer mouthguards with 2-layer or 3-layer protection. The choice depends on the level of impact protection required for your patient.

7. Can I personalise the mouthguard with text?

Yes, you can add coloured text on the face of the mouthguard for personalisation, making it unique for each patient.

8. What is the turnaround time for custom mouthguards?

Typically, the turnaround time is 3 business days in-lab from the receipt of STL files or impressions, please allow additional time for delivery.
